Problem: http-Import tells "has already been used"

Problem

When using the http-Import in ucs@school the imported refuses to import some objects and the logfile states:

2018-10-19 17:34:54 ERROR cmdline.main:124  188: RecordUID 'MichaelBaker2001-11-16' has already been used in this import.

Solution

For import use “UTF-8” instead of “UTF-8 ohne BOM”.
