Owncloud increase upload file size

Hi together,
how can I increase the file size allowed for owncloud uploads? I found the following site, but would require some guidance for UCS.

Hello - I have the same issue - did you ever get any resolution? Thanks I tried everything that worked in the last installation but still wont increase. Doesn’t seem to use the same path to get to php folder?
