when I have used pure debian with Samba 4, there I have set own password for root and own password for domain Administrator
is it also possible in univention?

Hi,
UCS just pre-defines the root of the master-dc and the Administrator during the installation with the same value.
Once the system is installed you can change both independently with the usual methods (passwd for root, Management-Console for Administrator)
