Although openproject is listed as an available application on the ucs homepage, it no longer appears in the app center in the new version, and I can’t find any information about whether this will change.
Or whether open project has withdrawn from the usc project.
I would be grateful for an answer.

This is mostly a compatibility issue. OpenProject hasn’t been removed; it just hasn’t been updated for the new UCS app center. you can still install it manually via docker or debian package, but it won’t appear in the GUI.
If you need app center integration, stick with the older UCS LTS. Otherwise, a manual install works fine, but you’ll have to do the updates yourself.

Bereits installierte Versionen können weiterhin verwendet werden, jedoch empfehlen wir dringend, auf eine aktiv unterstützte OpenProject-Installation umzusteigen. Nutzen Sie dazu eine der unten beschriebenen Installationsoptionen:
