I have users running Outlook 2007-2016 fetching email via IMAP with STARTTLS. Sometimes (once or twice a day, sometimes more often), Outlook will show an empty INBOX. Users need to quite Outlook and restart to see their INBOX again. Outlook does a full sync at this point.
I would blame this on Outlook, but the same issue is seen (less often) in Thunderbird and SOGo.
I’m still running 4.2-5 errata531 (Lesum) due to Open-XChange not uninstalling properly.
Has anyone else seen this issue and have a fix for me?
