Yes, nfs-server.service is the Network File System service.
But: don’t get confused if this is just the last line printed on the console as it actually might be a completely different service which you’re waiting for. See Q&A: Can I find out when which service was started during boot? on how to plot the services starting up. Afterward use journalctl -b 0 -u $service to further diagnose if any service prints any useful messages.
