New Users can not login to Domain

I am running 4.4-1 errata234.
Any new user I create I am not able to login to the domain/on the PC (win10) with it. The ERROR msg I get is that the Account or Password is incorrect.
All older accounts can login to the domain on the same PCs without any issues.
Your speedy assistance is greatly appreciated.

Hi,

check this as your LDAP seems not to be in sync with Samba.
