Since last Updates 4.4-1 check_mk complains about the missing mount Options of /boot
WARN - Missing: acl,barrier,block_validity,user_xattr
So is there any Issue with that?

In your check_mk instance just run: cmk II your-ucs.domain.intern and it will disappear.
(I experienced similar warnings with all debian/ubuntu systems recently.)

per root auf check_mk
su sysops (sysops ist unsere instanz)
cmk -II name.domain (für alle betroffenen UCS Systeme)
Danach Check aufgefrischt.
Ginge das auch mit dem Bulk Discovery?
