How to update Odoo

Hello

Two questions

  • How to run module update (e.g. -u all -d databasename) for the Odoo container on command line?
  • How to update the code base for the Odoo container? I was looking from the logs that the code base is from 2019 (I excepted it would be the latest release of version 12.)
