Force DNS cache update

Hi@all,

i have set an A-record for a subdomain on our external webserver.

something.ourdomain.com

Outside of our UCS network the resolution works correctly too. But from the local network (behind the UCS) the subdomain is still resolved to the IP of the main domain (ourdomain.de).

Is there any way I can get the UCS to update its data from the external DNS? I assume that the UCS has cached it.

UCS runs it’s own DNS. Depending on how you’ve configured your internal network you may need to add your own DNS entry into UCS.
