Failover dhcp how to?

I’ve been running a primary/secondary Univention AD server for quite awhile. However, when my primary goes down, I lose my DHCP services. I’d like to set up a failover DHCP server on my secondary server. Everything I’ve found is quite old and for UCS 4.x.

Is there documentation on how to set up a failover DHCP server on 5.0.x?

I read the how-to, checked the documentation, and looked at the linked ISC Basic Guide, but I’m totally confused.

On UCS 5:
Do I do the LDAP config from the how-to?
or
Do I follow the documentation and ISC config?
And if the latter, do I need the OMAPI config with some MD5 key?

Also, would I add OMAPI port to the firewall accept list?
