That… looks like a bug of some kind 
I’ve had the exact same issue for a few months. I checked the registry settings, I don’t see any issue and the system works fine. It is very frustrating because I started from a fresh install on a dedicated system, no reason for such error. I reported it as bug and was scolded by univention staff.
