I have a UCS installation that is quite populated with users, groups, group policy objects, computers, etc. I understand that it would be quite a pain in the butt to change the domain name on the current installation. So my thought was installing a new Master UCS with a different domain name. Now if I do that, I would want it to inherent those objects that are already present.
Is this possible?
For context, my UCS took over a very old win server 2002 AD machine using a very old legacy domain name. The rest of my organization is looking to adopt UCS domains. I wouldn’t want to use this legacy domain name across the rest of organization.
