Active Domain Services failed after update

We are using UCS Server at work, After the update, I received a message when opening active directory users and computers -
Naming Information cannot be located because logon attempt failed"

Basically it is saying it is not configured. This is after the update, and I have restarted AD Connector, as well as Samba. I don’t know what to do at this point.
