UCS 4.4.1 running fine on Hyper-V but the console display left black (video driver ?)

I have installed the latest UCS Hyper-V image and set the server. Apparently everything is fine except I cannot have console display in Hyper-V vm manager. Display stays black.

Ps : The vm display seems to be in standby mode ans does not want leave it.

Have you tried disabling console blanking yet? See e.g. this document how to do that.

No and I doubt about this solution because the screen turn black immediatly.

I had the same problem.
In e.g. putty
/etc/default/grub
i change the line to
GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT=""
and then
update-grub
after reboot everythink was OK

I modified the file as suggested it and everything is fine now. Thanks !
