Problem bei UCS-Aktivierung

Hallo zusammen,

ich habe gestern Abend versucht eine Lizenz für einen UCS-Server zu beziehen. Die Firewall in Richtung Internet ist vollkommen offen aber ich bekomme folgende Fehlermeldung:

Just to make sure, does a “ping www.google.de” work flawlessly?

please try to reach the univention license server by testing the pure connection:
root@ucs:~# curl -v https://license.univention.de/

This should return some lines of connections status and a Return Code of 303.

Hi knebb, Hi Nico,

shame on me;-)) It was realy a DNS-problem. I had correctly configured an external forwarder. But the forwarder answeared to slow. After changing the external forwarder it was possible to get license by email.
After getting the license I ran into the next error… “Der Lizenzimport schlug fehl. Bitte überprüfen Sie die Vollständigkeit Ihrer Originaldatei. Sollte dieser Fehler wiederholt auftreten, wenden Sie sich bitte an Univention oder Ihren Univention-Partner.” It was not possible to upload the file or to import the license by the text area. With the command "univention-license-import " the license-import was successful.
